Double checking myself and the distributor clamp doesn't look quite right. Anyone know how it goes? Hope to have pictures up soon. This is the clamp on the horizontal piece between the distributor and the governor.Thanks

rotate the foot part UP... so it sets on the distributor flange and the forms an "L" bracket , similar to my photo..... my photo looks cast, yours is sheet metal, but they should do the same thing.

not a real good photo, but the EAR goes on top and points back at the distrib.
the clamp is just a PINCH fit... if the EAR is too short, youi might have to put the clamp in a vice and bend it back to 90 degrees or a little more so the leg touches the flange... when you tightne the nut it PINCHES down ![]() Edited by steve(ill) - Yesterday at 8:06am |
