Made in Littleton , Colorado.
Well, you could go to the Coleman dealer or the Buda dealer, but finding one might be a bit difficult!

Yes it does, but that one looks a lot better than the one we have started on. I am having problem finding engine parts, like pistons rings and valves guides, for starter. We have all body parts. Someone took carburetor off and didn't recover. I got the engine apart except number 5, got it soaking and I'll try later. So I was wondering if anyone might have an idea where or if anyone might have the parts I need. I do have a parts catalog so I can get Perkins part numbers.

No, Perkins is a Engine Group all its own.  SOME Allis engines were Buda Pattern but mostly Diesel.  Buda has been gone a LONG time.

You might try forkliftpartssupply.com. I found a valve cover gasket for my Buda 153g, when nobody else seemed to have one. Good luck

alot of them big trailer type air compressors had the Buda engines, they might be easier to find than just engine parts
