The easiest way is to open a photobucket account, it's free. www.photobucket.com
Upload your picture to an album in your photobucket account, find the IMG file for that picture and copy it and paste it in your post with your text.

Can type into search here on top of page posting pictures and come up with all the tricks of doing it , also in bottom of form there are links to problems others have had that might have the answer.
