You can see the hoses in the top right picture. On the other picture you can see the tool box cut out and a glimpse of hose.
I saw one once with a unit from a old Dodge truck. They used the AC steering arm on the unit and mounted the pump on the left under the generator and put a double pulley on the generator. It took some mods but whoever did it was conscious about making it look OK.
