Is there any way to build a 190 Xt PD better to handle 250+ horses ? Will Kelvar clutch discs help ?

If the Power Director clutch is healthy( all related seals, sealing rings, discs and plates), and a 190XT or 200 ( not a 180-185-190) 250 HP should not be a problem with full stroke on the P.D. valve spool and the pressure set at 325 to 350 PSI in both LOW and HIGH ranges. My choice when rebuilding is always 70261212 friction discs from a 7000 tractor. They hold more HP ( at less hyd pressure) and never break/split.
