This is what I've accomplished so far, and does any body know what seat will fit on the seat bracket I have labeled I'm not sure. Thanks and Enjoy!

that looks like it had a Monroe spring seat mounted on it.  If the seat did not come on the tractor then someone lost it or traded it away.   The standard seat was a wide bench seat but the Monroe seat was popular add on in the aftermarket in later years.
Keep up the great work.  A full tear down restore is a lot of work but you will enjoy it for many years.
My 37WC had a Monroe seat when I got it.  The sring was broke and shock was rusted thru.  The parts are available but expensive so I just converted my WC back to plain old Allis seat.
