Does anyone know of anybody who restores/works on Allis-Chalmers in Iowa? I have a 1958 D17 that was originally purchased by my Grandparents. It has been at a shop in Iowa (JD Guy) for 7 years! Seems to be one excuse after another. Tractor has been restored but he is constantly telling me something else is now wrong. This time it is a rear main seal. I'm at the point where I just want to get the tractor back and take to someone who actually knows what they are doing. For clarification, this shop was very reputable, and he has done a ton of tractors through the years, but for some reason mine is not cooperating with him. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Along those lines I'm having a hard time finding the two pto shaft seals that go between the transmission and hydraulic reservoirs on my A/C 180. The National Seal # is 50058. An agco # would be great. Thanks in advance, Clay P.

I haven't, I was hoping to find a quick cross reference to the national seal number. Thanks
