I am looking for someone that is familiar with any of the old Allis-Chalmers Ball Mills, Rotary Kilns, Mining Equipment, or other process equipment, etc. and may have drawings or records for the equipment. My immediate need is related to a material specified for a ball mill part - CS ACM-101

Believe the rights to all those products were purchaced by other mfg. Think cedarrapid bought some and several others were pieced out .

Thanks for your input, I will see if I can chase down the cedarrapids angle. When I was with Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, Cedarapids, Inc was part of our company, then I believe they were sold to Terex. But, I don't know where all of that is at this point. I am not sure how to find the other companies that bought pieces of it. It seems when you go online it only talaks about the tractor side of the company.

You might inquire with your local Metso Minerals equipment dealer. After all the corporate juggling, Metso (through Svedala) is the successor re: Allis Chalmers mining and quarry equipment. We still run an old A-C grizzly feeder and Metso is where we now go for parts. Bill |

Some of the other AC lines were bought by CDI and they made loaders and backhoe for a few years then sold to IR.
Might try MINNPAR in Mpls MN as they also handled parts and were the Industrial Supplier Warehouse for AC.
