I think the cost of PO#1 and PO#2 in your post are backwards. Ryan

PO#2 is cheaper than PO#1 at our dealer.

The po1 cost more at my dealer the last time I checked but that has been awhile ago. My dealer says they try to order all their paint once a year because the shipping cost on a single gallon or a case of 4 quarts of paint is almost as much as the paint.

I know this is an old thread but what is the current consensus on Persian orange number one? My local Agco dealer is only selling Kabota and mahindra tractors and parts so I gotta go elsewhere.

Persian orange #1 in a quart is Agco #79021641. My book does not show a rattle can #. I think its available in spray cans. Ryan

I haven't used any Agco orange yet but I plan to soon. I painted some Oliver parts for a guy last winter and he brought me some Agco paint. It was some of the best paint I have ever used. It covered fast and sprayed easy and layed down smooth without much effort.JP

Thanks, I have seen about ten shades of Allis #1 but nothing seems the same shade as the paint on my fuel tank. I am sure it has faded somewhat but it appears to be more yellowish orange.

There is a paint code article in the knowledgebase. I believe it goes through most of the color codes fro the various paint manufacturers.
