I have a 9435 agco allis with a semi-power shift trans. The other morning I could not get it to go into forward gear. It just grind. I always had reverse. Last nite after work I unhooked the cable (thinking that was my problem) and know I can not get it to move forward or reverse. The shuttle shift lever doesn't seem to be working right. I took that cover off the trans. Hope n for a broken fork or set screw loose but came up with nothing. I'm thinking I need 2 split it to get to the shift fork for the schuttle shift. I do have the service manual for the tractor. Anybody ever have any problem like this or advice before I split it and hope to find my problem.

Does that tractor have the same trans as Massey's in those years?

They have a 32 speed dynashift.

I think they had some coupler issues from the engine to the trans? Not sure though.

That would explain it.

It's basically a massey tractor with orange paint. I have all my hydraulic functions. The four Speed power shift seems to shift like it should. But the shuttle shift and the four gears speeds don't do anything.
