AC G engine lifters

How many style lifters were used in the G engine? I have three differant ones used so far. Where can you get the tappet adjusting screw for the lifter? Looks like some of mine were surfaced with a belt sander. There is one style with screw only threaded into post. The other type has screw and lock nut. Both types with solid or hollow body lifter. Any help appreciated. Tracy Martin

I don't know how many they used. Mine had the bolt and locknut.
