I just made some sausage gravy last weekend.  No biscuits, just toast.

I've got corned beef and gravy on the menu planned, kinda like SOS, not as salty but still has saltiness.

That is my favorite meat for sandwiches Chas....don't waste it on SOS.  But then, dried beef is SO expensive...and I don't have a hankering for it anymore....

Ted I had bought 8 of em a while back at Aldis for $1.89lb. It's a variety deal for me. I've had quite a few sandwiches from them already, but it is a great Sammy. Thumbs Up  Yes dried beef is way overpriced for what it is. Thumbs Down

Bought a can of this at Sams club but added 2 pounds of sausage to it as it's OK but just needed more meat . See it's just by online now at Sams but the site says Walmart might have it . Tried a can of Libbys the other day - small can and it was flat tasteing and also some lack of sausage
