   Hi !

My 916 is due for a Engine replacement. It's rebuilt a couple of times, and this time is definitely time for a step up. It has a 16 hp Kohler...and I was wondering...would one of those Kohler V-Twins fit in it..? If not...what would you'alls suggestion be. ~~~ Rodney ~~~ |

A v-twin would probly fit. Have to do some measuring.

Check with Small Engine Warehouse and see what they offer for a replacement
engine.

Repowered my 912 years ago with a Briggs Vanguard 14 hp V-twin, made my own adapter parts not difficult. A huge step up from the single Koehler in my opinion.
