Steve, looks like I will be ordering that electric fuel pump from you. Called today to get a fuel pump rebuild kit for a Onan cckb. Was flabbergasted at the price of a rebuild kit that I paid $47 for 8 years ago. So,not staying factory correct, I will be trying your kit. I am a factory stock guy, but this doesn’t make economic sense to me. Trying to support your retirement my friend lol. I’m sure it will perform well.

Hi Rob! Thank you for keeping us in mind! I havta' put a kit together for ya if you want one. Sheesh, seems like a hot commodity lately. I sold two of those kits this month so far and two last month. I don't know, maybe everybody is tired of paying a lot of dough for a little rebuild gasket kit. Everything is starting to go up. I just got another wire increase because of Copper going up, so here we go again adjusting prices on the website for the wiring systems. This is gettin' old, and so am I........ Steve@B&B

I have an electric pump on mine. One thing I like is when you run out of gas, the pump fills the carburetor quickly, much less cranking to start. At least that is my observation, I have 2 other Onans, with the original system, and they need a lot of cranking or ether. I didn't look, is there a primer lever or bulb that I overlooked?

BrianC: Regarding the primer, the OEM system did not have a primer. Some install a boat primer bulb to assist with fuel to carb bowl. Have seen this type of retrofit, boat fuel line primer in an Allis Diesel as well.

On the 620 and 9020 tractors I once owned both Onan mechanical fuel pumps had a priming lever from the factory. Silver lever with return spring. It can be a pain to get to being under the carb and the throw is short so takes a few pumps.
