7060 maintenance

So i took the belly pan off to find quite the collection of oil,dirt and soybeans on the pan. Power washer worked well but blasted myself also. The leaks had me very concerened since I drove tractor 40 miles home,i have seen pictures of running a dry pinion. I did check site glass but must of mistaken. I took either to fine clean and found the large steel lines x3 going to the belly filter aera, pump supply and return, were seeping at the flange aera. Concerened with what kind of trick bag I was about to open I was pleasantly surprised how easy the fittings came apart, by the way one of the two pipes is larger so different part #.
I dumped up all the oil i didn't spill and have 22.5 gallons to take to my friend's business so he can heat with it. My books says 24.1 for total transmission and differential so thank God I wasn't too far off.
I have the NEW plastic piece for the powershift filter comming along with the new squish seal for the hydraulic line.

I kinda feel like I'm tooting my own horn here but I am only looking for help with doing these what I call catch up maintenance items. I have yet to buy anything whether it be a car motorcycle or tractor that I can fully trust the previous owner when it comes to condition or upkeep. So I find myself doing these basic catch up things to my tractor. Yes we had one on the farm 46 years ago and for awhile I didnt want to rember. So that's why I ask for any hints. I was scared to death I was going to twist off something messing with the transmission and differential but turns out Allis built it to be worked on.
So next up will be fuel and coolant flush so #1 is there only two drains, one on bottom rt raidiator other is the line going to coolant filter. I always like to pull bottom hose off on old cars but doesn't look like it can be done. Book says 32 quarts, is that with cab? I drain then fill warm and drain and again if needed till clear then half capacity = 4 gal here then distilled water, do I need to allow more antifreeze?
#2 best less messy and less air to bleed way. Book says something about line after secondary filter going to pump having a T and a bleed spot? I know about the bleeds on top of the filter housings. 81 model with electric pump.

Anybody have a, better way, to seal that bleeder thumscrew on top the secondary fuel filter. Put new thumscrew in used old washer now leaks. Will a O ring hold here?

I think the leaking part is one of those flat washers with a rubber Oring built into the I.D. of the hole. So, a flat washer with an Oring laying inside it it to contain it would work as long as the Oring is slightly thicker than the flat washer.

As far as coolant goes 32 quarts is very close with a cab.  Just did my 7040.  I recommend the prediluted pink antifreeze made for diesel engines to prevent cavitation.

The block drain going to the coolant filter looked like about a five inch rise going to the filter. Put a wrench on the fitting to take it off but stopped. I filled and drove then opened raidiator and removed filter about five times. Refilled with almost seven gallons,that means if it holds 8 there was a gallon hiding, used 4.5 gallons of green concentrate and distilled water.
