I have the power director, would it just be a matter of finding a flywheel from a tractor and changing it?

Yes. I think you'll also need the engine backplate from a 7000-8000 series tractor too, as the combine backplate isn't correct (I think).

I think N5/N6 Combine engines use the same rear plate as a D21/210/220. So a 7000/8000 series tractor 426 rear plate will be needed, should be lots of them around.

If it were me- this West Allis metal in things are showing its age- maybe put a steel flywheel and clutch package in it, just an opinion

The flywheel isn't used as the clutch. The Power Director inside is a wet clutch that doesn't explode.
