We have a 7040 from the same era as your 7060, and it came with cream wheels and is Persian orange 2. My 7000 and 185 are both 1979 models and are corporate orange with cloud white wheels from factory. I think 1978 is the transition year from po2 to corporate orange and subsequent wheel color change.

Nice looking 7060, very straight.
