I took the hydraulic oil cooler to a welding shop to repair a leak. After putting it back on I can't seem to get it to prime. I keep taking the cap off of the JIC fitting on top of the pump and fill it up, then try it with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

Do the same thing only on the larger (and more difficult) line and if you have to remove the pump fitting, so be it. Try to get 2 or 3 or 10 ounces of oil into the pump and try again. Throttle the engine up when it starts to 1500 RPM and turn the steering wheel back and forth.
