Got my pump off today and wen you look inside the front lower gear is not rotating the rest are working any ideas that's looking from the rear with the spool off the rear also the needle bearing fell into a mess wen I pulled off the rear section also any body know how many needles are in each bearing.

Gear broke or striped splines.
If bearing fell apart, replace them if you rebuild pump. If bearings fell apart, pump is most likely ready for replacement.     MACK

Thanks Mack I agree with you the plates were worn and it just looks to far gone not sure it's worth fixing at this point I don't know how good the rest of the tractoris having never used it.
