Is there a replacement for the alternator pulley out there somewhere? The pulley on my 6080 is wore out to the point where its eating belts and is an issue. Agco and Hy Capacity don't have one available, and ive tried a couple aftermarket that are the wrong bore size or too thick overall. I don't have a good machine shop locally so trying to avoid that route if I can.

The pulley that I have is 3.5" O.D., .670" I.D., and is a double v for 1/2" belt.

www.brillman.com has a double pulley for 1/2" belts that is 3-3/16 for a 17MM Shaft. part # B9028-015

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

I'd try searching these 2 numbers online: 778-1062 and AGCO 70262155.
#778-1062 pulley is replacement for; AGCO #70262155. a 2 groove, 1/2" belts, 3 1/2" OD, .670" bore, the catalog didn't list pulley outset dimension.
  Fits 6060, 6070, 6080, 7010, 7020, 8010.
Sadly, company that had these closed a year ago.

https://www.hy-capacity.com/electrical/components/pid6322/alternator-pulley/

when you click on the link it puts a  "/%20" on the end of the link... backspace and delete those 3 symbols.

Doing some quick searching, the closest thing I can find A&I A-AFD5012. Shows a little small, but depending on how they achieve it being rated for a 10 & 13mm belt, the 13 (1/2")  belt may ride out some, which would help the practical diameter some.

The parts house that I get most of me electrical stuff lists a pulley for 6060,6070,6080,7010,7020,and 8010. Replacing #70262155. 3 1/2" outer diameter,.670 bore,1/2 inch belts. They have good stuff and cheap.
