HELLO I'M LOOKING FOR A COMPRESSOR W/PULLEY AND MOUNTING BRACKET FOR A 605B EVEN A CONTACT FOR SALVAGE YARD THAT WOULD HAVE A 605B FOR SALVAGE THANKS

look at the compressor and see if there is a name like BENDIX on it.. Then GOOGLE that name and part number if listed.... (assuming you have the compressor)....Not too many "original" compressors around today... You might stop by a TRUCK REPAIR SHOP and works on big diesel / semi... and look at their compressors and mounts and ask about a unit. ........... assuming you get no other takers for an Original.

THAT'S MY PROBLEM I HAVE NOTHING, STARTING FROM SCRATCH, AND FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THE PULLEY ON THE COMPRESSOR IS A SPECIAL PULLEY ,THAT'S HOW YOU TIGHTEN THE BELT ,THE COMPRESSOR IS STATIONARY IT DOESN'T MOVE

I dont remember that.. Have not seen one for years, but i thought it was just a standard pulley.... I think i would look at parts book for drawings... and stop by BIG TRUCK shop for comparison on how they do it........ Good luck with finding "original" ... dont see too may links to that.

The pulley it seems is the type used on my old White truck , the hub is threaded and outer side of pulley moves in and out on those threads to tension belt .
