I am very rapidly getting nothing done on my 440 restoration. Does anyone know for sure wheather the 555 Cummins engine is supposed to have rubber motor mounts in the 440? When I got the tractor it was bolted solid into the frame, I cannot get Agco parts online to check. Maybe someone might have a 440 that they could look at. I have been wasting lots of time looking for some engine motor mounts that would work. I was told that they were not avaliable, however maybe I was told by mistake, Maybe they were talking about the metal bracket that bolts to the side of the bellhousing. When I got this tractor it had a broken crankshaft. I assumed that the vibration caused by no rubber motor mounts contibuted to this. However, there were a couple other reasons that contributed to the broken crank. Anyway, I sure wish that I knew for sure weather or not it is supposed to have rubber motor mounts. I even have the factory service manual and it has no pics, nor does it say anything about the motor mounts.

Thanks,  Jim

They are solid mounts, not rubber.
