How much is to much? I parked my 200 in the shop after bushoging this weekend the next day I had about an 8 inch puddle order the blow by tube. Is it time for a rebuild?

How much oil does it use?  If it don't use oil, why rebuild it?   MACK

If the radiator is full and stays full, you might consider removing the valve cover and seeing if the oil tube to the rocker arms is loose or disconnected.

I've put about 15 hours on and the oil has stayed at the same level.

You missed my points. IS THE RADIATOR CLEAR FULL AND STAYING FULL????????? If the rocker arm oil tube is loose or disconnected, your rocker arms may eventually FAIL from lack of lube !!

The poster claims to have an "8 inch puddle" underneath the blow-by tube????? That sounds like quite a bit of oil to me. A few drops of oil I understand, but an 8 inch diameter? puddle?? I had a 7580 years ago that was leaking 2 gallons of oil per day out the breather hose. This was verified by a gallon milk jug attached to the end of the hose. The cause of the problem was a cracked oil line to the rocker arms spraying excessive oil underneath the valve cover is very close proximity to the vent hose causing the oil to run out on the ground. This engine might have the same problem if it's leaking oil that badly. The 7580 Customer was ready to do a major overhaul due to the oil disappearing so fast, when in the end, it was a very inexpensive fix.

Don't forget all the diesels of that era puffed plenty out the breather.
