last ran in 2015 when owner died .  water got into cylinders when can blew off exhaust pipe .  red surface rust in cylinders . 4 cyl diesel is not stuck.  What is it worth as is with head off? 
     ok rubber.    No water in the oil pan when drained.   May need a hydraulic hose or two.

715 B sold locally with bad engine for $3,200 or least it was listed for that and then sold . 
finding the right individual and could be worth something otherwise $1,500 to $2,000
