I rebuilt 2 K341 series engines - then found a general service engine cheaper than parts to rebuild - Next round of replacing, price was out of site on parts or engines
So I went to Honda V 18HP engine to replace worn Kohler's - better engine and lower price .
If I was to do it again I think i would go with Harbor Freight - Predator engines .

I rebuilt a 14 for around $250 using an aftermarket rod and piston with.OEM rings I found on ebay. Good for another another 30 years and retains original fit and function.
