That juxtoposition is amazing! I know that combines have grown, but I didn't realize that it was that much!

I'll hope to have some action shots this year, since we're finally in the family.

Is that a Sidehill M in John's post?

Tried for the last 40 bushels I had left thought it was froze hard enough but wasn't.  Not one of my more proud moments seeing my combine stuck with a broken left spindle nearly in the pond!Cry

Great pics! Love seeing the older combines still running. Now that the S series have been out a while, how are they holding up?

At some point in your life you will need a doctor, lawyer or possibly a politician. But for every day of your life, three meals a day, you will need a farmer.

I'd say that's welcome! I can't imagine harvesting barley without a cab, though. That's gotta itch!

Back on track (These are in another thread here, anyways). This is our 1979 F2 that came in last week. We're excited to harvest with it this fall.

A few years ago we sold a 2003 Gleaner R65 Combine to a farm in New Zealand. The customer sent us over some pictures a while back of his last harvest.

Hard to say. It's got good capacity. Checked several samples, and the most dockage was 1%. Most were like .5 or .6%. I love it. Darrel
