what yellow is the best match for the original b series yellow in a rattle can ? ------------- Play on 38 B 49 WF , working on D14, D15 B10, Bee 12 B110. use 185 and 190 |

There were three shades of B-Series yellow. Which tractor are you painting? ------------- 10 various B-series garden tractors, AC Homesteader8, 416 hydro,710 gt, 914, 916H, 917H, 920D, and many misc attachments |

Restoring a B-10. Sandblasting, tin in great shape. Exoxy primes, now using Old Caterpillar Yellow. Looks great! New decals here, can't hardly wait for a cruise 'round the lawns.

Some people like the Deere new construction yellow paint you can get at a dealer. It is inexpensive and good quality paint made by Valspar. It looks alright if you paint the whole tractor. Both the Deere paint and the "Cat" colors tend to have too much of a "butterscotch" appearance. How does the 'Challenger' yellow look when used to paint the lawn & garden B's? There are a few Challengers in the area, and I was wondering; still prefer whatever's closest to original... -Jim ------------- '38 B, 41 C, B-1, B-110, '80 Suzuki, and '94 GMC.
