Two weeks ago I talked about my 45 diesel missing on #1 cylinder. Checked compression and other cylinders had 250 # compression, but #1 only had 200. Is that enough to make it not fire?

Under a pull it would be much better than just idling. Up to operating temp under a pull and throttled up even better.
