Was at a job today way out in the country. In the basement the owner had a large collection of clocks from different agricultural equipment companies. He had 2 nice AC clocks. I asked the lady of the house if any of them were for sale. Wow , you thought I stuck her with a pin the way she acted. God no she said. We Don't Sell Anything was her response. Said the kids can fight over the collection after we are gone .She said I could take pictures, but they better never get a call from anyone wanting to buy one.

I have had 3 of these clocks over the years . There is more to value then someone just thinking these are worth a lot of money because they are old. They do display well.

It is entirely possible she was being sarcastic, because she doesn't feel the attachment that her husband has to them. Either way, I wouldn't ask to buy one!
