We’re there any factory d15 series 2 diesel high crops made. If so what r they worth?

There were no true A-C D-15 high crops.  There may be Thompson conversions out there.
The A-C version is a 'High Clearance' which will have 38" rear wheels and are usually single front wheel. Some also have rear axle extensions to make the wheel track wider. Value is what you have to pay but more than a standard D-15 of the same condition. 
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

While in south LA I saw quite a few equipped with 13.6-38 and axle extensions. There was a high front axle spindle and most had 16" tires.  When equipped with cane cultivators there were chains attached to the snap couplers to lift the cultivators.   Paul Ed was the dealer at Abbeville Tractor   - Simplicity here on the forum  was the #1 son - still had it last I checked.
