I have the Simplicity/Allis 9020/720 and the boom on the backhoe is drifting when I release the stick. It has 6 sticks to control everything.
I want to swap out this old control valve.
Anyone know what I should be "googling" to find a replacement?

Or you could replace the spools with electrically operated then install a joystick for ease of control.

With electric spools your dealing with wires from the joystick, keeps things neat and tidy.

First off is the drift from valve body or a internally leaking cylinder - drift is generally when pressure is unequal between ends of piston and fluid on back side of movement direction - so a void or open flow no non pressure return side  - bypass of packing is another thing
