There is a 720 with loader for sale on December 31st at Dexter Iowa. It says it has 19.5 Koehler hydraulic bucket, all new wiring, gauges, oil and filter, mechanically sound. Dexter Iowa is just off I80 west of Des Moines Iowa. This is not mine and I cannot attend the sale. Dexter is just down the road from where Bonnie and Clyde got shot up in 1933. Tractor did not sell at auction as it did not meet reserve.  Some new wiring in it, new starter, and new steering box.  Looks rough as it had been wildly sprayed with the county/state equipment orange when owned by a subcontractor to the state.  Bunch of tar on the inside of the wheels, etc.  Apparently had been mostly used for unroll/roll paper/tarp/ plastic from a mechanism in the front.  Quite a few hoses look poor, but no leaks that I saw immediately - course wait til summer!  Lots of leaks don't show up at 0 degrees!

I went to IA Saturday and bought it direct from present owner.  Got my fingers crossed.

I have a 720 with loader, it has a Briggs replacement engine, I think that I would like a back-hoe for it.
