Where do the oil filter element and electrical diagram decals go on a 1948 G?

Somehow it doesn't make sense to put a Decal on the Oil Filter Element ( the famous 240912 with the stick in the middle ) when it will eventually be taken off and thrown away. Here is a link to an original Allis Promotional Video for the 'G'. Pause at time mark 1:01 and you can see the Oil Filter and Air Cleaner. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dx7jzVKQ2A An original Allis G 'Operators and Parts Illustration Manual' shows a Decal {identified as Battery Transfer ) on the top front of the Battery Box cover. Not sure what it says. Also, as JoeM noted, wiring decal on the underside of the Battery Box Cover. Gary |

The best idea I ever saw for the oil decal was at one of the GOTO’s, they painted a piece of the flexible magnetic sheets
Orange, made it wide and tall enough to cover the filter and had the decal on it. |
