Our B&S 5 hp engine on our Scamp is smoking and running rough. We've change the diapham seal, cleaned the carb, to no avail. When we take a air gun to the carb when running and lightly blow air into it, it clears up and runs right. What are we missing here? Thanks, Tom.

toooo rich ?
adding air would lean the carb out a bit
I'd turn the mixture screw in 1/2 turn see what happens...
