Interesting way of mounting the blade lift cylinder, looks like it works though.

someones super modified custom HD6 for sure.
6 roller track frame; with new undercarriage. Adapted hyd 6 way blade. Not so sure about the single ram mount; but maybe ok; looks like it was a super smart guy that fabricated it all up.  Yes could be a 7000 motor as exhaust pipe looks to have a lower curl in it to come off a turbo.
Base tractor looks to be a wet backend HD6E rather than a dryend 6B as can,t see any steering levers coming out of the floor.

might even be a HD6EP; as can,t see a master clutch lever; or a gearshift lever.

I saw a hd 6 similar to this one a few years ago on cl. It had the blade like this with the push arms inside the frame but the rams were normal hd6 but it had a square fiat type radaitor guard i wish i had saved the pic but didnt. It was branded fiat but this one the rams are set up like terex

I think it is a factory special order mostly because it is done so completely well. It looks like the undercarriage is from an HD6G
I would like to see more pictures.

I would suspect that to be a truck transported fire or MO dept of conservation unit that was sold at auction years ago. They built them to fit inside small straight trucks flatbed platforms as they would be light enough to do that.
