I have a h3 with a ac 400 winch. I know the pto of the crawler engage the winch, but what are the two small lines that come off the winch do..I have no controls for the winch and would like to get the controls. Or make some. Can anyone tell me what I need, or a photo or explain

There should be two levers on the left side of the operator that are connected to  brake type master cylinders. Your lines will attach for contols.

Could be those operating pistons have deteriorated where they leaked inside the winch is why disconnected.
