Can anyone confirm the rear wheel weight color on the I60, I600 and I615 loader tractors?

Mine appear to have been originally painted yellow, but this seems to run contrary with the color scheme used on the farm tractors where the D15 rear weights were painted cream.

Also, I have two sets of rear weights, any suggestions on the best way to mount these?  Should I mount on rim, then mount tire, then put on tractor?  I have the rims off the tractor and will be ordering new tires this week.

My 615 has the 300 lb weight on the rear tires.  Original paint was white.

I changed to AC Cream - like the Cream better for both yellow and orange Allis machines.

Dean:  Allis had a factory cream paint that I bought from an old dealership years ago.  i forget just what the part no. was.  But it was exceptionally good paint.

I would not use TISCO brand, as the paint fades and does not hold up.

I have used some of the ACE Brand enamels and those have worked well but color match?

I am planning to paint an H-3 crawler and am contemplating the best industrial paints.  It was nice having the old Allis Dealership open as you could walk in a buy paint that matched right of the self.  Good Ole days are long gone.

PM if you need any help or info on the I600 or 615 machines.

Do you happen to know what the color code is for the yellow used on the AC I600?  I recently acquired that model and am looking to repaint at some point.  What would the color code be for the AC Cream mentioned?
