what is needed and what kinda job would it be to put a narrow front from like a d17 or something under a d21... i know they would be light and very break able ..
i do know that ppl put them under 21s in the 70s for pulling and i heard how they broke them off |

Even the One Hundred series ones would be sketchy,,,,, if your pulling and come down on it it in a pull, it'd snap off, seen it

Had a D 17 under my D 21 puller. Dustin Swalle in CA has it now and can take some photos. Doyle Bounds in MO. did it originally. Worked and looked sweet!!!

I know its not AC. But I wonder if a beefed up International narrow front like the ones some auction companies use for loading out equipment would bolt up or could be fabricated to fit the D21? I've seen numerous IH560 loader tractors equipped with the big semi dump trailer extendable cylinders & a long boomed loader. Those things lift heavy tillage equipment onto trailers without grunting. They usually have big wagon tires on those narrow fronts (16.5-16.1?). How would that look on your D21?

Back in the day nearly anyone running well with a D21 puller had a trycycle front. I've seen some botch jobs and some well done ones over the years. With the casting alone weighing around 1000 pounds, it was an easy way to drop down a weight class. With everyone going GAGA
for 180 & 190 trycycles why do you thing a D21 tricycle is ugly?

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

I looked at some of the pullers and they used a small front end, probably for weight and agree it looks ugly. Looks like an elephant perched on a beach ball.
